Maroš Bělák

A free-form visual artist, Maroš Bělák works as a painter, draughtsman and illustrator. He graduated from the Drawing Studio of the Faculty of Fine Arts at Brno University of Technology. He was shortlisted for Slovakia’s 2017 VUB Painting of the Year award for a work which later became the property of the Moravian Gallery in Brno, bought for the Artotheque. He has taught for the architects’ group Artschool Brno. His work has appeared in joint and individual exhibitions.
