Katarína H. Belejová

Although she was born in Brno, from early childhood until the end of her secondary schooling Katarína Belejová lived in Prešov in eastern Slovakia. She moved back to Brno to study English Language and Literature, Combined Art Studies and Literature and Intercultural Communication at Masaryk University. She is currently working towards a doctorate in Czech Literature at her alma mater. For Albatros Media she works as a literary editor and translator of books from the English. In addition to books, which are her passion, hobby and – to her great good fortune – work, her interests include modern art and street art. She hopes that she will never lose the ability to be amazed nor be happy with what she knows.
